The menu packages

The group is greeted by the hosts at Skansens main entrance following a guided tour up to the glass studio Stockholms Glasbruk. At the glass studio the guests are served a pre-drink and snacks following a presentation by chef KC Wallberg and glass blower Martin Ehrensvärd. Afterwards the guests are guided to the heat watching a glass show. The integrated dinner is made up by a selection of dishes with glass blowing between courses. Coffee, tea and desert is served at the end.

The food and wine meny and amount of people vary for each booking therefore the price is given upon request. The standard group size is 8-14 people but it is also possible to arrange for both smaller and bigger groups.
