An unforgettable dinner 
​Enjoy an unforgettable dinner combining great food and art craftsmanship. The table is set in the middle of a 1930’s vintage glass studio, with hand blown glassware and glowing warm light from candles and fire from the furnace.

​During the event you can expect anything to happen from cooking on and in hot glass to unusual ways to open a wine bottle.

Glassblowing 
Between the courses, there is an opportunity for all participants to blow their own glass object with assistance from our glassblower. The glass objects will need to cool down and are ready for pickup two days after the event.

Seasonal ingredients 
​Ingredients are selected from small producers and we serve you a menu and taste of the season in a creative and surprising way. The wine is carefully selected from biodynamic wineries. ​
During the evening you will be greeted and served by staff from Gastronoma and Stockholms Glassworks. ​

The location 
Stockholms Glassworks was built in 1936 and located inside Skansen, the world’s oldest open-air museum showcasing the whole of Sweden with houses and farmsteads from every part of the country. The studio itself is located in the historic town quarters, 5 minutes from Skansen’s main entrance. See map
